With an ambundance of choice of renders on the market, offering different colours, textures, damp proof and breathability qualities, each project can be tailored to enhance a properties aesthetics and structural importance.

Modern, synthetic coloured renders offer a contemporary facade, with crisp angles using beads to create straight contours on the buildings edges, windows and doors. Dependant on product and property, an alkali resistant polypropylene woven mesh can be used within the base coat layer to reinforce the render to help prevent damage from temperature related building movement. This also increases impact resistance.

More traditional buildings, thatch, cottages, or cob demand a more sympathetic render. Lime based renders are an ideal choice, enabling breathability, structural properties and the traditional 'country look'. Reinforcing stainless steel mesh is used to strengthen stress points or to bridge any weak areas prone to damage. Curved, rounded edges are all hand formed around corners, windows and doors to follow the buidings original features, maintaining its characteristics and aesthetic appeal.
